(4) Kevin Stroud queried the stock used as he had the stock recorded as: 5023+4977+17156+4909+4915+5007+4916+17169+5037+4993 however Bob Yeadon confirms from photographic evidence the train at Darley Dale consisted of: 4x mark 1's, a mark 2 & 4x mark 1's; thus the formation initially given would appear to be correct.
