13th February 1988
Southern Electric Group
Tour was postponed by SEG owing to British Rail declining to allow use of class 82's & 83's on passenger trains. The letter that went out to booked passengers simply stated that they hoped to run the tour in summer 1988 and to take a class 31 to East Anglia instead.
