(2) 97804 (06003) also ran shuttles from a temporary platform next to the shed on the
outgoing road to the shunt signal protecting the exit to Reading West Jn. Kevin
Driscoll also reports steam 5572 working this shuttle (hauling out, propelling
back) - did 97804 just cover whilst 5572 was being coaled/watered?
