(2) Booked route was Portobello Jn - Bescot - Perry Barr North Jn - Aston - Proof House Jn - Birmingham New Street however a timing sheet seen by the Webmaster shows Bescot to Proof House Jn crossed out therefore it is presumed that the direct route was taken to catch-back time (although in that case Portobello Jn should also have been crossed out?) - confirmation required.
