Notes :
(1) Train was also available to passengers from Northampton (joining/leaving the train at Rugby) using local service trains to and from the tour. The fare (£8 from Euston/Wembley, £7 from Rugby/Northampton) included breakfast, lunch and dinner at Aviemore also the full facilities of the Aviemore Centre - these included the artificial ski slope, swimming pool and skating rink (with all necessary equipment supplied), cinema, Ice Gala and Festival Dance. Sleeping berths were also available (£3 for both ways). There was an optional 'Spey Valley Coach Tour' (10.00/12.30 approx) for 45p and a Cairngorm Coach Tour and chair lift to first station for 55p. Skis, boots and sticks, also transport by bus to the slopes was also on offer for £1.80 including instruction (if required).
