Notes :
(1) At Totnes passengers transferred (by bus) to the Dart Valley Light Railway at Buckfastleigh where round trips using steam locos 4555 & 6412 were laid on for participants; the trains ran to 'a point near Totnes', the then limit of passenger operation. It is recorded that the official re-opening of the DVLR took place four days later, on 21st May.
