Notes :
(1) Passengers from Partick Hill and Clydebank Central on the outbound leg were to use service trains and change to the special at Dumbarton Central. On return to Glasgow passembers for Partick Hill, Clydebank Central & Dumbarton Central were to use service trains to get home.
(2) It was indicated that the train would run slowly at the following locations to permit photography;
(a) about one mile south of Arrochar & Tarbet station
(b) opposite Black Duncan's Castle, Loch Dochart (about one mile east of Crianlarich Lower station)
(c) West of Edenchip House (for view of Loch Earn)
