Notes: 
(1) A joint venture between The Branch Line Society and Merseyrail, raising funds, (£11,500), for Community Link Foundation and Claire House Children's Hospice.
(2) Class 508 EMUs started their working life at Strawberry Hill Depot so it was appropriate to book two of this particular class of unit to acknowledge the anniversary of one hundred years of third rail electrification on the London and South Western Railway.
(3) Tour terminated at Eastham Rake rather than Hooton to allow passengers to cover the Crossover North out of Hooton P.2. Provision was agreed that they could return on either the 18:40 or 18:55 Service Trains from Eastham Rake back to Hooton. The 18:40 was formed of unit 508131.
(4) Hall Road Wall Siding was originally due to be covered on the way back South from Southport, (thus also covering the Hall Road Crossover in both directions), but planned work on the siding had not taken place so was deleted from the route, with the time slot used for a traversal of both the Formby & Hillside Crossovers.
