Notes :
(1) Originally booked for steam haulage from Newport on the outward to Cardiff on the return (locos: 4965 + 5051). The use of 4965 was dropped on the run-up to the tour running due to gauging issues. Contemporary sources also suggest that the train was steam hauled from/to Port Talbot only (and this seems to be backed up by the booked timings) - confirmation required.
(2) 5051 on rear.
(3) Some sources suggest the organiser was Arriva Trains Wales.
