Notes :
(1) Plus 31602 dead-in-tow. Jonathan Lee comments: I’m not sure when 31602 failed but it had a habit of doing so in 2002 by bursting it’s fuel filter! Either way 31128/31452 with 31602 dead inside worked Carlisle to Birmingham on the return as per the gen you have. I was on both legs with the 31’s throughout.
(2) Timing sheet suggested the steam leg would be 'load 12'.
