Notes from pre-tour literature & ticket letter
"It is necessary to run the tour on a weekday in order to visit Beckton Depot."
"The tour cannot visit Bank because single units are not allowed on that section; DLR had indicated that permission could not be given for passengers to remain on board whilst any train travels into the headshunt at Bank." (but see KEG tour "The Bank Burrower" tour of 7/02/98).
"The route has not been pre-programmed into the DLR computer - we are told that they 'drag and drop' it in on the day - so detailed timings cannot be given, nor can the route after leaving the Beckton Branch."

we understand the 'Seltrac' line will probably not
"Bookings exceed the capacity of a single unit. accordingly the train will now consist of two units..." (!)
