(1) Rob Wosley comments: Very good run behind the 46 all day, tour was booked for 'unspecified traction' Plymouth - Bristol, but she worked a down relief on the Friday as a positioning move and therefore was a nice surprise at Plymouth the next morning! She worked back to Gateshead on the Sunday on the up Newcastle. With 697 miles available on the tour alone, anyone who hadn't cleared the loco for 1000 miles over the weekend was not trying hard enough!
