(1) Route & loco confirmation required. Off-train options were as follows;
Group 1 : leave the train at Keighley, Leeds or York for optional sight-seeing.
Group 2 : leave the train at Keighley to travel on a special working on the K&WVR
to Oxenhope. Return to Keighley was to be by any K&WVR service train. From
photographic evidence it appears the special was hauled by 34092 'City of Wells'
double-headed with another steam loco.
Group 3 : leave the train at Keighley joining coaches for Skipton, Settle,
Ribblehead, Hawes, Leyburn, Middleham, Masham, Ripon and Harrogate; returning
via Harewood Park to Leeds.
Group 4 : leave the train at Keighley joining coaches for Shibden Hall Folk
Museum (12.45 ~ 14.00); Hebden Bridge, Oxenhope Moor and Haworth (14.45 ~
16.15); continuing via Laneshaw Bridge and Carleton to Skipton (17.15 ~ 17.45);
returnign direct to Keighley.
Group 5 : leave the train at Keighley joining coaches for Skipton, Long Preston,
Wigglesworth, Slaidburn, Newton, Clitheroe, Longridge, Garstang, Lancaster and
Morecambe; returning via Carnforth, Kirkby Lonsdale, Hellifield and Skipton to
Keighley.
