Notes :
(1) Jim Burton comments: Booked motive power from Perth-Aviemore and return was
2x25 (regrettably don't know which ones) - BUT - one of the pair failed at the
last minute - this explains the overtime at Perth.
(2) Jim Burton comments: in view of lateness we ran through Aviemore station to
Aviemore North (an additional 0.37 miles) and reversed into up platform - this
was to make it easier for passengers booked on the 13.15 departure to Boat of
Garten. Steam 46464 hauled the connecting service from Aviemore to Boat of Garten.
