Notes :
(1) Off train options were as follows;
Group 1: will spend their entire time at Steamtown Carnforth.
Group 2: After an hour or so at Steamtown, continue to Ravenglass for a return trip to Dalegarth on one of two special steam-hauled trains over the line.
Group 3: leaves the train at Carnforth and joins the awaiting coaches for Levens Bridge, Newby Bridge, Coniston (13.00~13.30), Ambleside (14.00~14.30), Keswock (15.30~16.30) returning via the Kirkstone Pass and Windermere to Carnforth.
Group 4: leaves the train at Carnforth and joins the awaiting coaches for Kirkby Lonsdale and Kirkby Stephen to Barnard Castle (14.00~16.15) with time for an optional visit to the Bowes Museum before returning via Tebay to Carnforth.
(2) Route confirmation required - above is from booked timings. Locos used have been supplied by Peter Smith, with the stated assumption the same locos worked the return legs (confirmation anyone?).
