Notes :
(1) Participants visited Steamtown, housed in the former Carnforth steam shed, and took a charter cruise on Lake Windermere, utilising the MV 'Tern', a vintage 1891 vessel built for the Furness Railway (starting & finishing at Bowness-on-Windermere).
(2) Booked timings show a reversal at Carlisle station; confirmation would be appreciated if someone is able confirm that the train definitely used the curve, as suggested above rather than reversing at Carlisle station.
