Notes:
(1) The tour brochure suggested the loco from Stockport to Manchester Victoria might be 44697. 73040 was anticipated as the loco from Rose Grove to Stockport.
(2) This was the probable last working of Jubilee 45562 as was out of use for three weeks prior to tour (and due to be taken out of service after the tour).
(3) Geoff Monks comments: The train became quite late in Yorkshire and I remember walking 9 miles home from Stafford in the early hours of Sunday having missed the last bus.
(4) 45562 was photographed at Halifax and 70013 at Brockholes both carrying headcode 1Z75 - was this headcode used throughout?
