Some contributors have suggested this tour is in fact the RCTS 'Moorlands' tour which ran on 26/10/68....confirmation is required.

Notes :
(1) Robin Lush comments: The Moorlander ran on 26th October 1967 behind 4472 north over Shap, I saw and photographed it at Wigan and Shap Wells. It came south over the S&C and took the Leeds line south from Hellifield.
