Notes :
(1) This was an ambitious tour that proved very popular
despite its non-steam motive power. In fact on this trip only one
operating BR steam locomotive was seen, 48651 at Gloucester,
although half a dozen were noted at RS Hayes scrapyard at
Bridgend. Close by were the remains of the recent collision
between D6983 & D1671.
