(3) Kevin Driscoll also comments;
Delayed at Buxton [Mid] by fruitless search for a replacement steam pipe.
Further delayed at Ordsall Lane by awkward access to water crane.
My notes do not record if final run-round was a 'double' one, but the tour notes state '47202 will act as pilot engine for the remainder of the journey' (from Royton).
