Note :
(1) This tour provided a novel way to visit the Workshops at Crewe & Horwich. Despite a 276 mile journey the return to Nottingham was reached four minutes early, where it was discovered that the main lubricating oil pipe on the locomotive had fractured and had ignited!
(30 Loco propelling. Train was booked to take the curve directly from Lichfield TV Jn to the WCML however it ran to Lichfield TV HL station to pick up passengers before setting back to the junction and carrying on the booked route.
