Notes :
(1) Route & loco confirmation required. There was a nasty
incident on this train when a young child somehow opened one of the carriage
doors and fell out onto the track. The train was halted and the child put back
on the train. An ambulance was waiting at York to take the unfortunate youngster
to hospital but unfortunately the child died.
