(1) Originally uploaded as 3rd November in error.
(2) Route confirmation required - above is per timing sheet. At least loco 1438 used (see photo below), were any others used? 1438 also photographed on the train in the No.9 Bay Platform at Birmingham Snow Hill. Andrew Fairholm thinks it likely only 1438 was used as it was on a 2-coach push-pull set and John Debens concurs.
(3) Initially uploaded as having reversed at Stafford Road Jn to access the Victoria Basin branch but believe this to have been just a logical assumption rather than fact as the timing sheet shows the train being booked to traverse the Oxley triangle.
