Crewe [from Platform 2 or 3, via Up/Down Potteries (either outbound or on the return)] - Alsager Up & Down Goods Loop - Bradwell Jn Up Goods Loop - Grange Jn Up Goods Loop - Stoke North Jn Up Goods Loop to Down & Up Main - through Platform 2 at Stoke-on-Trent - Caverswall Up Goods Loop - Uttoxeter - Sunnyhill Up Goods Loop - through siding and past Ramsline Halt - as far as possible along St. Andrews Siding
2x East Midlands Trains Class 156 DMUs

St. Andrews Siding - through Carriage Siding Nš 1 or 2 at Derby - Derby North Junction to reversal point (probably on the Chaddesdon curve)
2x East Midlands Trains Class 156 DMUs

reversal point - Derby - Derby Etches Park Depot complex (where two roads will be traversed)
2x East Midlands Trains Class 156 DMUs

Depart Etches Park - Down Goods at Trent - Down Goods at Beeston - Down Middle Road at Nottingham - Eastcroft Depot (where two lines will be traversed including the parcels siding

Notes :
(1) Pre tour advertising included the following comments;
(a) At Crewe we have requested a departure from platform 2 but due to potential restrictions this may not be possible.
(b) Derby Etches Park: It is also probable that the class 08 (08899) Depot shunter will be attached for these moves however this cannot be fully confirmed at this time.
(c) Depending upon train crew availability we may be able to include Lenton West to North curve and reverse before going through Nottingham.
(d) At both depots it will be roads outside the depot buildings that will be traversed. We will not actually be going through any building.
