Notes :
(1) Details of any additional services that may have run are required. It is understood that the 17.43 Leeds to York was extended to run from Knaresborough on 13th, 14th & 15th July - on the 14th 37408 & 37411 hauled the train - although this strictly does not qualify for inclusion on SBJ the trains have been included for reference.
