Notes:
(1) Andy Hoskins reports "We were booked to change to electric at York but
as the train was running early, HRT tried to achieve an early return by staying
with the 67 all the way. However, the relief crew met us from a late running
northbound GNER service at Doncaster resulting in a 5 minute late departure from
Doncaster. Engineering work at Hitchin further delayed the train resulting in a
40 minute late arrival at Kings Cross (22:30).
